About

I have recently joined Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, as a Teacher Associate. My academic background and professional experience are rooted in international trade law, company law, and competition law, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and comparative economic regulation. I am trained at nationally and internationally reputed institutions and bring practical exposure in corporate advisory and regulatory compliance. My academic work adopts an interdisciplinary approach that combines doctrinal analysis with commercial and regulatory insights.

Qualification

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the University of Hamburg. I hold an LL.M. in European and European Legal Studies from Europa Kolleg Hamburg, where I was awarded the scholarship Deutschlandstipendium. I earned my integrated B.A, LL.B. (Hons.) from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam. My secondary education was completed at Carmel Convent School, Giridih and higher secondary education was completed at Giridih High School.

Teaching / Research Experience

I have recently joined Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, as a faculty member, where my teaching experience formally begins. My research skills have been developed through academic training and practical experience gained while working with law firms during internships, which involved legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis. In teaching, I seek to integrate theoretical foundations with practical and contemporary legal developments, drawing upon my academic training and professional exposure in corporate advisory and regulatory compliance.

Area of Interest

My areas of academic and research interest include Corporate Law, Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence in Mergers and Acquisitions, and Competition Law.

Publication

I have published academic work in recognised publications. My publications include “Ethics in Journalism”, published by the International Journal of Legal Research, and “The Impact of Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions on Trade: A Comparative Study between India and the European Union”, published by CB Educational Services LLP (ISBN: 978-81-951020-8-2). At present, I do not have any SCOPUS-indexed publications.

I have undertaken voluntary participation in academic workshops, seminars, and training programmes, which have facilitated scholarly engagement and enhanced my understanding of emerging legal and regulatory developments.

I have been awarded academic scholarships in recognition of my academic merit and have received a gold medal for achieving the highest grade in Corporate Law.
